The countdown is on! There are now only three days left to visit the Klytie Pate Ceramics Award and Exhibition, on display daily from 11 am to 3 pm at MACE, 145 High Street, Mansfield until this Sunday 5 October.

This year’s exhibition has been nothing short of inspiring, with 39 outstanding finalists from across Australia presenting their work. Each piece showcases the diversity and innovation of contemporary ceramic practice, from bold sculptural forms to finely detailed functional wares.

Not only can visitors experience the beauty of these works up close, but every piece is available for purchase—a rare opportunity to take home a unique artwork created by some of the nation’s most talented ceramicists.

Another highlight is the People’s Choice Award, where every visitor has the chance to cast a vote for their favourite piece. It’s a wonderful way to engage with the exhibition and support the artists whose work resonates most with the community.

Named in honour of the pioneering Australian ceramic artist Klytie Pate, the Award continues to celebrate her legacy of innovation, creativity, and bold artistry. It is a fitting tribute to an artist who broke new ground in the early 20th century and paved the way for future generations.

If you haven’t yet experienced the exhibition, now is the time. With only a few days remaining, this is your chance to immerse yourself in a remarkable showcase of ceramic excellence right here in Mansfield.

When: Open daily 11 am – 3 pm
