2025 Klytie Pate Ceramics Award – Shortlist Announced & Exhibition Details

Arts Mansfield is thrilled to announce the shortlisted artists for the prestigious 2025 Klytie Pate Ceramics Award. This year’s award attracted an incredible 103 entries from across Australia and New Zealand, showcasing the extraordinary diversity and talent in contemporary ceramic art.

Our sincere thanks go to our esteemed judging panel – Janet DeBoos, Christopher Sanders, and Anna Maas – who undertook the challenging task of selecting around 30 finalists from such a strong field of work.

Opening Night – Friday 19 September

The exhibition will officially open with a special invite-only evening on Friday 19 September, where the winners of the $10,000 main prize. This exclusive event celebrates the shortlisted artists and honours the legacy of Klytie Pate, one of Australia’s most significant studio potters.
